Intro

While trying to understand how the hardware worked, we repeatedly encountered situations where we thought it would work, but it didn’t. As a result, we had to use TouchDesigner instead of the soundboard and amplifier. This also meant that we were unable to create a small, inconspicuous scream object. Ultimately, we made the decision to create a companion for our other project called "Casper".

After much effort, the soundboard and the amplifier not working well, so we changed our minds to TouchDesigner.

Process

• We have to choose another way to have sounds: TouchDesigner (How important to have a Plan B!)

• The Components we used

  1. TouchDesigner (Thank you, Sue, save us!)
  2. Ultrasonic Sensor
  3. Motor Sensor
  • TouchDesigner is going to make some sounds
  • The Ultrasonic Sensor is going to test the distance
  • The motor sensor is going to have some actions

• We need to test whether the motor sensor works for Caspeena.

• It works!
